Tasting Notes: Brezza’s Sarmassa is full-bodied and compelling, starting with its balsamic aromas that mingle with ripe black-skinned berry, tobacco, graphite and spice. On the concentrated yet almost weightless palate, firm, tightly woven tannins seamlessly support dried cherry, blood orange, licorice, menthol and the same tobacco note as the nose. Combining power and restraint, it’s still youthfully austere and needs time.
